                              PORTFOLIO MANAGERS


Matthew I. Solomon, who has 14 years of investment experience, is Vice President of New Century Portfolios and a Portfolio Manager for each of the Capital, Balanced and International Portfolios and an Assistant Portfolio Manager for the Alternative Strategies Portfolio. Mr. Solomon joined Weston Financail Group, Inc. (the "Adviser") in July 2014 as Vice President and Portfolio Manager and was recently promoted to Director of Investment Research.  He is also a voting member of the Adviser’s Investment Committee.  He is responsible for the tactical and strategic allocations of New Century’s Capital, Balanced and International Portfolios, including manager sourcing and due diligence. He enjoys utilizing a collaborative approach to identify opportunities for both short and long term investments to benefit New Century’s shareholders.  He is a member of the CFA Institute and a committee member at the Boston Security Analyst Society.   Mr. Solomon earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University.

William LeFavor, is Vice President of New Century Portfolios and an Assistant Portfolio Manager for each of the New Century Capital, Balanced, and International Portfolios since 2012.  He has been a member of the New Century Portfolios management team since 2011.  Mr. LeFavor, a CFP® practitioner, is a Vice President and Financial Counselor for Weston Financial Group, Inc. (the "Adviser") and has been with the Adviser since 2005.  He is also a voting member of the Adviser's Investment Committee.  Mr. LeFavor is responsible for working with clients to develop and implement financial and investment plans, including retirement planning, investment management, asset allocation, tax planning, and estate planning.  He holds a B.S. degree in Finance-Economics Cum Laude from Bentley University and a M.S. in Financial Planning with highest distinction and a Graduate Certificate in Taxation from Bentley University Mr. LeFavor volunteers his time with and is a member of the Bentley University Service-Learning Alumni organization.

Ronald A. Sugameli, who has over 20 years of investment experience, is a Senior Vice President of New Century Portfolios and Portfolio Manager of the Alternative Strategies Portfolio.  Mr. Sugameli has managed the Portfolio since its inception in May 2002.  He is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of the Weston Financail Group (the "Adviser") and prior to August 2005 was a Principal and Senior Financial Counselor with the Adviser since 1984.   Prior to joining the Adviser, he practiced law with Willkie, Farr & Gallagher in New York City where he was responsible for structuring, documenting, due diligence and regulatory approvals for stock, bond, and real estate syndication offerings. In 1980 Mr. Sugameli joined the firm of Gaston Snow, Beekman & Bogue continuing to specialize in securities, corporate and tax law.  In 1982 Mr. Sugameli moved to the Boston area where he was engaged in a general business law practice at Fine and Ambrogne. Mr. Sugameli graduated from Tufts University , Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelors of Science degree in 1974. He then attended Georgetown University Law Center from which he received a J.D. in 1977.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the New York Bar.

Ronald Halterman is Vice President of New Century Portfolios and an Assistant Portfolio Manager for the Alternative Strategies Portfolio. Mr. Halterman is an Associate Counselor of Weston Financial Group (the "Adviser") and has been with the Adviser since 2008.  He is also a voting member of the Adviser's Investment Committee.  Mr. Halterman is a CFP® Practitioner and has achieved the CLU® designation. Prior to joining the Adviser, Mr. Halterman was employed with the John Hancock Financial Network where he worked as an Investment Advisor Representative creating and implementing financial plans for clients. Mr. Halterman holds a B.A. degree in Marketing, with a minor in Theology, from Assumption College.
